Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP Partner Barbara J. Nicholls has represented most of the major lending institutions, brokers, and accounting firms in the National Capital Region.
As Head of the firm’s Insurance Law Group, Barbara leads a team whose services include professional liability, personal injury actions, real estate, disability litigation, and the administration of policies and annuities. Barbara has appeared before all levels of court including, Ontario and Federal Courts of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada. She represents clients at arbitration and before Labour and Human Rights Tribunals.
