Firm partner Anthony P. McGlynn heads Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall’s Personal Legal Needs Group and the Estate Planning and Administration team. Anthony’s work as past chair of the firm’s Business Law Group helped shape one of the largest business teams in the Region. In addition to his Personal Legal Needs practice, he remains actively involved in researching and representing clients in a wide range of business law contexts and disciplines including non-profit corporations and charities, and owner-managed businesses.

While an effective law practice must be unvaryingly professional, it must also be responsive to the personal. This is not a one-size-fits-all business. Anthony P. McGlynn embodies both the professional skills necessary to move in a supervisory position from one practice area to another, and the sensitivity and tact to deal with clients in the most delicate of situations.

Personal legal issues are often confusing and come as unwanted complications to already difficult times. Anthony provides clarity when clients need it, and the sound advice to resolve their issues. In matters such as estate issues, Anthony ensures clients receive the kind assurance and assistance they need at a time when they may be at their most vulnerable.
