Karin Pagé

Karin Pagé joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall’s Litigation Group after completing her articling term with the firm. Karin was named as a Partner in 2018.

Karin’s practice encompasses a wide variety of areas, including employment and labour law, sports law, defamation, and general civil litigation. She routinely advises clients on wrongful dismissals, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, workplace policies, and human rights. Karin also represents various national and provincial sport organizations, advising them on a range of issues including disciplinary investigations and hearings. She has appeared before a variety of boards and administrative tribunals as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Federal Court.

Prior to embarking on a career in law, Karin worked for a national professional association in corporate governance and program management. With her extensive corporate background, Karin offers practical and strategic thinking to advance her clients’ interests efficiently and effectively.

Karin has served as the Chair of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and also managed the Student Program. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Harry P. Ward Foundation, an organization which provides financial support to community-based organizations serving the Greater Ottawa Area.
