Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP Partner Greg J. Sim specializes in handling the contracts that support the stone in any construction venture, development project, or realty transaction.

With over 25 years of experience, Greg oversees the firm's Real Estate Group in all areas, including public-private partnerships, purchases and sales; financing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties; land development; enforcement of real property security and joint ventures. A significant portion of Greg's practice has always consisted of assisting his clients with their commercial real estate leasing, construction and development contracts.
