In 2008, we had the pleasure of welcoming legal veteran Jane Murphy to Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in the position of Litigation Law Clerk. Her work covers everything from pleadings to discovery, trial, appeal, enforcement, and cost recovery on behalf of our clients. Jane’s attention to detail gives her an advantage in drafting routine motion materials, including motions for dismissal or consolidation. Jane has extensive experience gathering information related to discovery and remains up-to-date as an expert on the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.
