A Paralegal in the Corporate Services Department at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP since 1988, Sandy has over 18 years experience as a law clerk in the corporate and business law practice area.  Her responsibilities include incorporation and on-going maintenance of business entities, participation in due diligence reviews of corporate records, preparation of corporate documents for reorganizations, financings and commercial transactions. Sandy's experience also includes corporate agency services to law firms outside of the Ottawa area, providing corporate and name search services and advice to clients in name formulation.  This role has included liaison with governmental agencies such as Industry Canada to negotiate the use of proposed names.

Sandy is a member of the Ottawa Association of Law Clerks and has participated in various continuing legal education seminars and courses as well as paralegal conferences.
