An experienced lawyer prior to joining the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, Tiffany has an extensive background in both civil law and common law practices. Her diverse experience includes carrying out domestic, cross-border and international corporate transactions which was gained through her hands-on international experience and introduction to the European market with a Magic Circle firm in Paris working alongside one of the most respected labour law lawyers in France.

Tiffany has advised the management teams of major international companies on various labour relations issues relating to corporate reorganizations, closures and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including works council issues and resulting staffing procedures such as mass redundancies and individual or group severance arrangements following corporate transactions.

Tiffany also concentrates her practice in corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions acting for both Canadian and foreign acquirers and target companies. Tiffany has also represented Canadian and U.S. issuers in public and private securities transactions advising clients and drafting documentation for financing activities and advising on securities law compliance and general corporate representation of Canadian and foreign companies. 

Tiffany’s focus has consistently been to identify issues for clients and provide solutions that are beneficial for clients and consistent with their needs and objectives.
