We represent financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in the financing of real estate properties ranging from raw land to residential and industrial properties to warehouses and commercial multi-tenant properties. We negotiate and prepare financing documentation including commitment letters, mortgages, debentures, lease security, chattel mortgages and personal property security. We can also provide borrowers with referrals to sources of financing and vice versa.
