Barry Leon Speaks to Law Times About the New ICC Rules (en anglais seulement)

Barry Leon, Partner, International Arbitration Group and Chair, ICC Canada National Committee speaks to Law Times reporter Michael McKiernan about the new ICC rules which come into play January 2012. Barry believes that the new rules "show that those involved in international dispute resolution aren't immune to issues facing lawyers everywhere", which include "...making the process faster and more cost-effective...".
